A groom was killed and the bride suffered serious injuries on their wedding night in a car crash in Egypt. The driver, who was the groom's brother, also died in the crash when the vehicle fell into a canal in Sohag governorate.
The security forces said that the vehicle fell into the canal while the newlyweds were on their wayback from the wedding, Al Bawabh News reported.
Investigations showed that the driver lost control of the steering wheel due to speeding. Rescue forces recovered the bodies and were transferred to Tahta General Hospital.
