The qualifiers for the Dubai Padel Masters have been divided into two separate rounds.
Former stalwarts like Brian Lara, Wasim Akram, Adam Gilchrist, Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara and several other retired stars form a part of a pool of 90-odd players who will be seen in action when the tournament gets underway next year in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. Confirming the news after it was first reported in the Times of India, Zafar Shah, Chairman of MCL said over the phone: "Yes, it is true. Rhiti Sports Management have bought a team that will play in the MCL.
