Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one among the largest jewellery retailers globally with a strong retail network of over 220 retail outlets spread across nine countries has partnered with Capillary Technologies, which helps consumer businesses achieve digital transformation using its AI Powered technology platform. Capillary Technologies will help Malabar Gold & Diamonds upscale its Omni-channel customer engagement initiatives.
With big data gaining momentum, Malabar Gold & Diamonds has tapped a range of AI powered solutions by Capillary Technologies to analyze data resulting in better and seamless customer experience with personalization.
Capillary will help the leading jewellery brand to capture Omni-channel consumer data (across stores and online), understand consumer behaviour along with their interaction with the brand at various touch points.
