Jazira-Kalba Pro League encounter today
The Etisalat Pro League Round 22 fixture between Al Jazira and Kalba has been brought forward by one day to Friday, with kick-off scheduled for 6.05pm at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
The Pro League Committee approved the request to bring the fixture forward submitted by Al Jazira, and with the mutual agreement of Kalba Club, in order to maximise preparation time ahead of Al Jazira’s AFC Champions League fixture at home to Tractorsazi Tabriz of Iran, which is scheduled to kick off at 7.45 pm on Wednesday. The Etisalat Pro League fixture between Al Jazira and Kalba had previously been scheduled for Saturday.
Al Jazira are occupying fifth place in the Etisalat Pro-League with 36 points, while Kalba Union languishing in last place with 10 points. Al Jazira are placed last in Group “A” in the Asian championship with just two points.
