Chasing a good score of 161 runs Interface were in a tight spot when they lost four wickets for 67 runs. Openers Fahad Tariq 15, and Adnan Arif 17, did give their side a brief start but Fahad was the first to go stumped off the bowling of Ali Afzal and Adnan was run out by Shanil. Wasim Bari was bowled by Shanil while Nalin Khaitan did well to make a quick 14 runs before he fell to Ehsan Shah with the score at 57 runs.
Jagrit Anand, who debuted for Delhi this year and has hit two back to back fifties against Services and Mumbai, did well to get into the groove quickly as he slammed four sixes and six fours to play aggressive cricket. Teammate Puneet Mehra was also not far behind and the seasoned Delhi player who has seen three seasons for the top state side gave Jagrit the right support making a responsible 40 runs in 34 balls with three fours as the pair rattled off the target with four balls to spare. Jagrit played superb cricket and remained unbeaten with a rapid fire knock of 63 runs scored off only 41 balls to bag the man of the match award.
Earlier UAE Exchange, playing their first game of the tournament did well to put up 161 runs in their 20 overs as Mohammed Usman, Atif Ijaz and Asim Ijaz were the batsmen to shine. Openers Usman and sajeewa Dias 18, did well to put on 68 runs for the first wicket in less than ten overs with Usman doing the bulk of the scoring making 44 runs in 35 balls with eight hits to the fence before both were picked up by Rahul Chatwani.
Asim Ijaz then partnered Atif Ijaz and both put on 51 runs for the fourth wicket in quick time. Asim scored 41 runs in 32 balls with a six and four boundaries while Atif smashed three sixes and two fours to play a cameo making 35 runs in 21 balls. Interface medium pacer Umer Khalid who has been bowling extremely well in this tournament and seeing a lot of success in local cricket picked up both the Ijaz brothers and Mohammed Shanil to finish with three wickets for 29 runs while Rahul Chatwani bagged two wickets.
