Inaugural Men’s Open golf at Meydan
The region’s best golfers are gearing up for what is tipped to be one of the highlights of the UAE golfing calendar — the Meydan Golf Men’s Open.
The stroke-play event takes place over two days, March 1st and 2nd, and will be played over 36 holes at the nine hole course at The Track, Meydan.
It is the newest event on the Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) Order of Merit circuit and 36 golfers will battle it out for top honours and EGF points at the picturesque golf course.
Only the very best will selected to compete in what promises to be one of the hardest fought EGF competitions. EGF, Troon, The Track and Meydan Golf will hold a handicap ballot on February 23 when the top ranked players will be chosen for the Open.
