Heriot Watt were well served by Aqib Malik and Rohit in the batting department while their bowlers Mohsin and Shahrukh and Sohaib picked wickets at regular intervals. Put in to bat first, Heriot Watt lost a couple of wickets quickly before opener Aqib and two-drop Rohit steadied the slide with some sensible batting. Aqib chalked up a fiery 62 off 48 balls containing four boundaries and two sixers.

Rohit, meanwhile, compiled 43 runs off 42 made with the help of two boundaries and six as Heriot Watt put up 169 for five wickets at the end of their 20 overs.

In reply, Skyline got off to good start as openers Suleman and Milesh put up 33 runs in the first three overs. But after the quick departures of Suleman and Milesh the Skyline chase lost momentum as they managed to score only 131 runs for 8 wickets. Amir (16) and Asim (27) were the other scorers.
