Sharjah — Alex Tivi claimed the recent Centro Sharjah by Rotana Midweek Medal supported by Mekar on Monday in superb fashion, a Press release said.
The victory was granted to Alex by virtue of scorecard count back after three players posted 32net on the night with Alex’s nine holes contained three net birdies and one eagle. This score was good enough to claim the overall winner’s title and a night stay at the Centro Sharjah by Rotana.
The Division 2 winner and runner-up honours went to Patrick Green and WJ Kim who also posted 32 net.
Green’s highlight was a gross birdie four on the fourth and WJ popped in a net eagle two on the second hole.
The Division 1 prizes went to golfing buddies Ravi AE with 35 net and Vinod Arya with 37 net who collected first and second respectively.
The next Centro Sharjah by Rotana Midweek Medal is on May 5.
