Competing against 12 teams over the season, the final event at Al Ain Golf Club saw Abu Dhabi Golf Club take the spoils with 254 points, overcoming joint runners up Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie Golf Club (both with 239 points).

It was a sweet victory for the club who won it three years running from 2007-2009 but has seen Emirates Golf Club and Dubai Creek Golf Club hoist the cup in recent years.

The ICC was first played in 2006 at Abu Dhabi Golf Club and competed for by only three teams. It has since grown in stature and attracted some of the best women’s talent in the UAE. The top eight scores out of 10 were used to calculate the overall team score.

The individual best score on the final day went to Linda Christensen (39 points), with second going to Marie O’Connor (Abu Dhabi Golf Club) on 38 points, beating Ingrid Lind on count back. All scores were calculated with a ¾ handicap.
