The latest outdoor digital signages in the UAE can sustain high temperatures and provide the brands with another powerful platform throughout the year, International Expo Consults (IEC) part of Falak Holding stated.
The global digital signage market is expected to touch $20.03 billion by 2020; according to a new study by Grand View Research Inc. Digital signages can now provide exceptionally clear picture quality, even in environments which are extremely bright, while increasing durability even in harsh weather conditions such as exposure to heat, dust and water.
Abdul Rahman Falaknaz, chairman of IEC, said: "Weather and high temperatures were a big stumbling block for the industry as it had preferred static signages in busy Sheikh Zayed road and other parts of the country. However, the brands have a great platform to engage their target audience with the advent of the latest technology and high quality of heat withstanding digital signage panels."
Digital signages have easy-to-integrate content management which features state-of-the-art technology solutions for easy responsive and real time business message distribution. It is advantageous in several ways to deploy digital signage over static displays. The digital signage technology in its true sense has changed the retail landscape of Dubai.
"The advantages of digital signage are multi-fold. The capacity to change promotions immediately for different customers or various products is quick as it offers instant results. It also becomes an additional advantage to sell advertising space on the signage which would help retailers generate extra income. Thus with the latest technology in this segment, digital signage, has revamped the game of marketing, ensuring that enterprises can deliver information to their employees and customers more efficiently helping the retail sector to flourish this summer. Indeed with the dynamic digital signages in the market, the Dubai landscape will never be the same," added Falaknaz.
Signages are well adept to display content in high contrast light environments and open-air avenues which also comprises of banking and retail stores, transportation facilities, restaurants, convention centers and sports arenas. Many signages adopt green energy methods to minimise the power consumption as few of them also are well placed with advanced connectivity technology which helps efficient and easy display management in remote locations.
