UAE, UK to boost trade relations

London - The UAE-UK Joint Economic Committee holds fourth meeting in London.

The UAE-UK Joint Economic Committee has highlighted the importance of deepening cooperation in various fields as well as strengthening efforts to promote trade volume to £25 billion by 2020.
The fourth meeting of the Joint Economic Committee was held in London, under the chairmanship of Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, UAE Minister of Economy, and Francis Maude, UK Minister of State for Trade and Investment. The meeting was attended by Abdul Rahman Ghanem Abdul Rahman Al Mutaiwee, UAE Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Shaikh Mohammed bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, First Secretary at the UAE Embassy in the UK, Mohammed Ahmed bin Abdul Aziz Al Shehhi, Under-Secretary for Economic Affairs, and a number of senior officials from both sides. - Wam
