Samsung Gulf Electronics announced that the 5G version of its Galaxy Note10+ will be available in the UAE from October 24 through Samsung Stores and major retailers.
The UAE is one of the first countries to roll out 5G worldwide, and manufacturers have taken advantage of this to showcase what the next-generation mobile standard can do, including streaming high-resolution video, super-fast content downloading and streaming graphics-heavy games in real-time.
"The Galaxy Note10+ 5G is designed to perform at a level that we have never seen before in a Samsung device," Ali Ahmed, head of marketing at Samsung Gulf Electronics' IT and mobile division, said in a statement to Khaleej Times
"We're delivering the ultimate in terms of innovation, design, and experience. The Galaxy Note10+ 5G will open the door to the opportunities that 5G experiences will bring people in future."
The Galaxy Note10+ 5G has all the top-end features like its LTE counterpart, including a 6.8-inch Infinity-O Display, a 4,300mAh battery with super-fast charging capability, the S Pen and a quad-lens camera system that has scored 117 on aggregator site DxOMark.
The UAE version of the Note10+ 5G comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage, plus an additional Aura Blue colour option. It will be priced at Dh4,499.
The LTE version of the Note10+ currently sells for Dh3,999 and Dh4,499 for 256GB and 512GB versions, respectively.
The Note10 devices were introduced on August 7.
Samsung also has a 5G version for its Galaxy S10, which was launched earlier this year, but it is so far unavailable in the region.
