Tekla’s BIM solutions to take centre stage at Big5
DUBAI = Tekla will be showcasing its industry leading Building Information Modelling (BIM) solution at this year’s Big5 exhibition taking place in Dubai from 22 – 25 November.
Industry experts agree that BIM can vastly reduce operational cost, and manage waste over the life cycle of a project.
This is the eight year that Tekla will be exhibiting at Big5, and the company has a strong track record of success at the event. In particular, Big5 has proved to be an important platform to reach regional and international construction companies, many of whom have already benefited from using Tekla’s BIM technology.
“The region is set for a revolutionary change in the construction sector, as BIM technology is increasingly demanded for use in all projects moving forward,” commented Abdelrahman Muneer, development manager, Tekla ME.
Tekla will use the platform provided by Big5 to help the Middle East construction industry realise the benefits of implementing BIM technology across their projects,” added Muneer.
Tekla, for the second year in a row, is the Platinum sponsor of the prestigious Construction Week Awards. Now in its 6th year the awards have become synonymous with recognizing excellence in the construction industry.
Globally, the construction industry is facing its toughest challenge yet, and cutting cost is of paramount importance. The Middle East construction sector has endured the economic challenges to emerge stronger.
As well as running live demonstrations of its entire product range, Tekla will host senior managers to discuss specific customer issues in a one-to-one environment.
Representatives from Tekla will be available throughout Big5 Dubai to provide a detailed overview. Tekla will be exhibiting on Stand No Y110 in Zabeel Hall, at the Dubai International Conventional and Exhibition Centre.
