Tawazun Industrial Park, or TIP, is attracting more companies to set up in the park, which is becoming known as the Middle Eastern hub for defence manufacturing, aerospace and the oil and gas industries.
The park signed leases with five new tenants in 2014, and the country’s focus on industrialisation means that more industries are looking for space this year, according to Rashed Al Darmaki, chief executive officer of TIP.
“We believe that TIP is a very appealing proposition for companies eyeing this region as their next operational hub,” he added.
