Sharjah participates in Moscow travel show

Sharjah Airport Authority is participating in Moscow International Travel and Tourism Exhibition,or (MITT), Russia’s leading travel exhibition, taking place at the Expo centre in the Russian capital, Moscow, from the March 20-23, 2013.

Sharjahairport’s participation is under the umbrella of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, which includes a number of senior government officials and representatives from public and private sectors.

Ali Salim Al Midfa, director-general of Sharjah Airport Authority said:”The Sharjah Airport’s participation in MITT 2013 under the Umbrella of Sharjah furthers our commitment to the tourism and aviation sectors in the UAE. Moscow International Travel and Tourism Exhibition is the ideal platform for the Sharjah Airport Authority to communicate its services, facilities and B2B endeavors to local, regional and international industry professionals.

“We view MITT as a great opportunity to exchange best practices with regional and international players. Moreover, in the framework of the exhibition, we will participate in the series of business meetings with Russian and international colleagues to establish and develop partner relations in tourism and air transport fields.”
