Resolution to amend Techno Park Law

Dubai - The amendments come in line with the Dubai strategic plan to boost the National Industries Complex, given its economic importance to the emirate to attract national and Gulf industrial leading investments.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a law No. 3 for the year 2016 amending the law No 4 of 2003 on the establishment of Techno Park.
The law states Techno Park will be renamed National Industries Complex wherever mentioned in the law No 4 for 2003 and in any other laws.
The amendments come in line with the Dubai strategic plan to boost the National Industries Complex, given its economic importance to the emirate to attract national and Gulf industrial leading investments. In addition to Dubai's advanced infrastructure that provides incentives and privileges for investors. The law is effective from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
