The event’s theme, “Spotlight on the Region’s Constant Expansion”, provided a networking and a discussion platform for Khidmah along with other facilities management professionals and construction industry participants throughout the region and beyond. As a founding member of Mefma, Khidmah took the opportunity to introduce its newly-launched “Max Mobile” solution as part of its service delivery for facilities management.

The state-of-the-art mobility solution is a new application that is integrated with the asset management software Maximo and is designed to provide remote access to Khidmah facilities management employees onsite and maximise their efficiency using smart mobile devices to their full potential in real-time, thus shortening the response time needed to complete work orders and enhance the standard of services delivered to Khidmah customers and end-users.

Edward Loughrey, senior services manager at Khidmah, conducted a presentation where he highlighted the importance of the new mobility solution. “We are extremely proud to be one of the few companies in the Middle East that have integrated this highly-beneficial application in its facilities management. Our technicians onsite will be able to enter accurate data in real-time enabling a shorter response time to close work orders for our customers and also to maximise returns for our business which will ultimately benefit our clients and partners.”
