The launch of Ajman business banking centre is in line with NBAD’s ongoing strategy to expand its exclusive services to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
“NBAD recognises the role of SMEs in developing UAE’s economy and endevours to provide entrepreneurs exclusive access to financial and banking services across the country,” said Abdulla Al Otaiba, the Senior General Manager of the Domestic Banking Division of NBAD. “The new centre is well positioned to meet the needs of the SME customers in Ajman and neighbouring emirates and offers comprehensive banking solutions for their business.”
The centre is strategically located in Al Bustan, Ajman’s commercial hub. It follows NBAD’s recent launch of the centre in Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone.
“NBAD’s new business banking centre is run by SME specialists and experienced talent who offer customers advisory services and provide them with the best tailored products and services that meet their needs and help them to grow,” said Al Otaiba.
To support SMEs and facilitate their growth, NBAD launched several services for example E-Business Banking, NBAD Visa Business Credit Card, Vehicle Finance and Rent Finance. The Bank also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with various government entities such as Dubai SME, RAK FTZ, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition, the Bank administers Khalifa Fund through its partnership with Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development.
