Mawarid announces award winners

DUBAI — Mawarid Finance announced the winners of Tamiaz and Falak Tayyeb Award in the Awards Ceremony held at Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre, Mall of the Emirates.

The award ceremony was attended by more than 500 university final students and graduates and the universities senior officials, the winners and their families.

Mohamed Ali Mosbeh Al Nueimi, CEO, Mawarid Finance said: “Mawarid Finance and the Board of Trustees of “Tamiaz.. & Falak Tayyeb” Award shall keep working to enhance the excellence and creativity spirit among the UAE young talents who are targeted by the award. The award is one of the social responsibility efforts towards our community aiming at enhancing the Emiratization process, as it focuses on the UAE young ambitious talents among the university final students and fresh graduates to give them the chance to show their creativity, unique skills and excellence, and hence enable them to catch the suitable employment opportunities. However, such goal could only be achieved by the collective efforts of the concerned educational institutions, private sector and businessmen to encourage the excellence in the scientific and educational field and hence come out with skilled and professional individuals who can effectively contribute in UAE social and economic development.”

The number of participants this year increased to reach 141. Zayed University received 11 awards, while Dubai College received 9 awards, 5 awards to UAE University, and 3 awards to each of Sharjah High Technology College, Ajman University and Sharjah University 2 awards. business@khaleejtimes.com
