Ideal Sapanca Commercial Broker, a new UAE-Turkish entrepreneurial company mandated to market iconic real estate projects by Turkish-based FCC Construction and Development Company, has opened its office in the UAE.

The launch of Ideal Sapanca, headquartered in Dubai, offers a unique opportunity for investors in the UAE and the GCC region to invest in some of the most prestigious projects by FCC, which has carved a niche as a major player over the last 45 years.

FCC has a wide array of projects across the GCC and has a strong focus on Turkey, where it is developing an iconic project — FCC Serenity Villas, being built on 55,000 square metres land in Sapanca — one of the best vacation destinations in Turkey with picturesque views of the world-famous Sapanca Lake, one of the drinking water sources in the region.

Among other iconic projects, FCC has completed the Wind Hill Houses project in Sapanca 2011. The FCC Wind Hill Houses project is unique in the true sense of the term, as it offers a complete 100 per cent smart house system, controlling all electrical facilities in the house.

With the launch of Ideal Sapanca, investors in the GCC and UAE will have a one-stop destination to know everything about the projects as well as other developments by FCC. Among other things, the company is mandated to market, communicate, follow-up, finalise the paper work, update as well as reinforce the details of various projects through participation in leading exhibitions.

Mesud Ficicigil, managing partner of Ideal Sapanca, said: “We have a huge potential for growth in the GCC with investors eyeing projects in Turkey and other parts of the GCC. With this in mind, we launched Ideal Sapanca in the UAE to tap into this opportunity.”
