Emaar unveils ‘Sky Collection’
Emaar Properties is now offering discerning customers the privilege of owning spacious homes within the limited ‘Sky Collection’ in The Address Residence Fountain Views.
The limited, fully furnished, luxury residences are part of the ‘Sky Collection,’ all of them on the highest levels of the 60-storey towers, located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, next to The Dubai Mall and overlooking the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. The residences will be serviced by The Address Hotels & Resorts, Emaar’s own hotel brand.

Potential investors can apply by filling out an online application at the Emaar website. Selected customers will be invited for a private preview and sale, with Emaar contacting them directly.

Emaar had earlier unveiled a Sky Collection within The Address The BLVD, which received strong response from investors in Dubai and international markets. Recently, Emaar also launched Mira townhouses in Reem and The Address Residence Sky View in Downtown Dubai, which too recorded overwhelming response. Emaar’s newest project launch is Burj Vista, differentiated by luxury residences with lavish terraces that open to uninterrupted, front-seat views of the city’s skyline.
