The partnership opens new channels for DQG to promote quality and excellence in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, Exhibitions (MICE) industry, which remains an important contributor to the national economy.

DWTC will likewise leverage the strategic alliance to further enhance the quality of its services and management system, which is an important step to maintain global competitiveness in light of evolving client demands and growing international business challenges.

Marwan Al Sawaleh, honourary member on DQG Board of Directors, said: “With all the challenges faced by business organisations worldwide, it has become crucial to remain committed to business excellence and higher quality standards in order to maintain a competitive advantage and sustain a leading position in the global market.”

The new partnership will enable Dubai Quality Group to provide DWTC with all the essential resources and knowledge to reinforce its reputation as a quality-focused organisation in the global MICE industry, and ultimately further elevate Dubai’s status as a premier business destination, added Al Sawaleh.

Abdullah Qasim, Vice-President, DWTC, said: “Our ability to maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in all our business activities will be crucial in achieving our goals, and we believe that our partnership with Dubai Quality Group will give us the necessary tools to pursue our quality-focused initiatives across all levels of the DWTC organisation.”
