Gold’s allure as a safe-haven asset remains intact
The Dubai Mall has attracted top brands in the retail industry that will further enhance Dubai’s reputation as one of the prime shopping and leisure destinations in the world, thus revitalising the region’s shopping industry.
Many retailers are making their Middle East debut, and they are entering the Dubai market for the first time, opening up their first standalone stores.
A cross-section of these retailers are offering a fresh international retail mix that spans fashion and apparel, accessories to home wares, jewellery and entertainment concepts.
“With a dynamic mix of high street fashion and trendy labels, Dubai Marina Mall will appeal to the cosmopolitan needs of the marina residents,” said Ian Ferguson, General Manager of Dubai Marina Mall.
In addition, a flagship Waitrose store, voted Britain’s best high street retailer, is the mall’s anchor supermarket. It will be Waitrose’s first ever store outside the UK. Favourite Things, the homegrown children’s edutainment and play centre for parents and children, will also open their second UAE outlet at the Dubai Marina Mall.
