Dh1.1 billion Sanctuary Falls on track for ’14 handover
Shaikh Holdings, an award-winning Dubai-based real estate investment and development company, has confirmed that works are successfully progressing at its Dh1.1 billion Sanctuary Falls project, located in Jumeirah Golf Estates, in Dubai.
Handovers of the 97-villa luxury community will commence by the fourth quarter of 2014. The project is being built by Arabtec Construction, a leading engineering and construction company specialising in complex projects in the Middle East and North Africa region.
