China praises UAE efforts in clean energy
A delegation from the Supreme Council of Energy was welcomed by Liu Qi, Vice Chairman of the National Energy Administration (NEA) of China.
The delegation was led by Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Vice Chairman of the Council, and included Ahmad Butti Al Muhairbi, Secretary General of the Supreme Council, and from Dewa, Waleed Salman, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Nasser Lootah, Executive Vice President of Generation and other senior officials.
ENBD launches logo design competition
Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, announced on Tuesday the launch of a logo design competition building up to the 50th anniversary celebrations of the bank this year.
Open to all UAE residents, the competition offers contestants a chance to win a mega prize of Dh50,000, while two runners up will each receive an iPAD 3. In addition, the winning logo will be featured on all Emirates NBD communication during the bank’s 50th anniversary year. The last date for submitting entries to the competition is February 28.
“Emirates NBD celebrates a historic milestone this year, as we welcome the 50th year of the establishment of the bank,” said Rick Pudner, Group Chief Executive Officer, Emirates NBD.
