His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, has issued a resolution No 19 of 2014 delegating Mohammed Abdullah Ahli, Director-General of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, to carry out the duties of the executive director of Dubai Air Navigation Services, in addition to the functions of his existing position.
