Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, UAEU Vice Chancellor, highlighted the bilateral cooperation, cultural and social links between the UAE and India.
"I believe the visit of Indian PM Modi in Abu Dhabi was a crucial one. I know many people are questioning the UAE's role in Yemen, Syria, Somalia etc. We can't wait until the threat comes to UAE. We have to take initiative to stop it. We feel that india and UAE should work together to counter this threat especially terrorism. In UAE, we know that we have to go to the root of it. I think we can share these initiatives with India and counter terrorism from its very root," Dr. Nuami said.
