22-year-old student ?Hanan nader runs a successful jewellery business

Afashion student by day (she's studying fashion design, ?textile and pattern drafting at the Dubai Esmod French ?University) and a jewellery designer by night, Hanan Nader, 22, has her hands (and arms) full - literally! She loves her bracelets, and when she couldn't find ones she liked in the summer of 2011, started making a few of her own. These sparkly, often multi-hued bracelets got very popular with her friends and family, and eventually inspired her to start her own brand - H.N.A Jewels. What sets her apart from other brands, she says, is these can be customised as per the client's taste, and she makes them keeping in mind the latest trends, so they are always in fashion. She plans on expanding the brand, post graduation, and include a clothing line as well.

As far as her style is concerned, Hanan is usually a moody dresser, but likes to keep it classic, with an edgy twist. Her wardrobe is impeccably organised with her oft-worn clothes neatly in racks. Her dizzying shoe and bag collection would even send Carrie rushing to the closest store to stock up. Hanan loves shopping at S*uce boutique, Harvey Nichols and www.net-a-porter.com; and counts Olivia Palermo, "Manrepeller" Leandra Medine and Miroslava Duma as her style icons. She admits to her soft corner for leggings of all kinds, "Total outfit savers at the last minute," she says, and confesses to have made unmentionable style faux pas as a teen. Even though she claims ugly is the new pretty, she wishes knitted ponchos would disappear forever, and says, "Don't follow trends for the sake of being on trend. Stay true to your own personal sense of style. Bring your edge out to life and turn that into a trend."
