And so perhaps you’d like to try the Dawat-e-Iftar (available in both veg and non-veg options), which is a six-course plan to keep you feasting. Menu highlights include bhunna masala paneer tikka, and ghalib chicken tikka, mutton kebab gujjiya.

There are three ways you can go when you decide on the four-course iftar at FTV Dubai; among the cuisines available are Asian, European, and East and West Fusion. The Asian menu includes kani salad and goma salad. Mains include chicken katsu curry with coconut rice, sushi platters, and teriyaki salmon. Dessert will include mochi ice cream or crispy banana tempura. On the European menu are starters like burrata caprese, featuring heirloom tomatoes and basil pesto, and a classic Caesar salad. Main courses include penne arrabiata, caponata with eggplant and feta cheese, and a premium wagyu ribeye steak. For dessert, there’s ricotta cheesecake or tiramisu cake. Looking for a spot where you can host a family iftar? Consider MINT, which plates up Mediterranean and Arabic flavours. Break your fast with medjool dates filled with creamy goat’s cheese topped with crushed pistachios and a drizzle of honey, or traditional lentil soup with pita croutons and sumac before heading into the mains, which include options of lamb manoushe pizza and Wagyu beef koft served with fresh hummus, fattoush salad and tzatziki.
