Shaikh Saud hails role of Emirati heritage fest

The ruler commended the festival's role in highlighting the authentic Emirati heritage as one of the most important components of national identity.

His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, hailed the fifth Emirates Heritage Festival 2016 organised by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development at Shamil Association for Art and Heritage in Ras Al Khaimah.

The ruler commended the festival's role in highlighting the authentic Emirati heritage as one of the most important components of national identity.

Shaikh Saqr bin Mohammed bin Saqr Al Qasimi; Shaikh Sultan bin Jamal bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of Citizens Affairs at the Emiri Court; Shaikh Mohammed bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan; Shaikh Mubarak bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, and a number of officials were present at the opening ceremony. -Wam
