The new law repeals an earlier law introduced in 2016
It is really heartening to hear encouraging words from cricketers of yesteryears. Cricket is a game of uncertainties. Winning two games have definitely raised the hopes of Indian cricket fans. However, it is not going to be so easy, especially during the knock out stages, that too during the semi-final clash, where we may have to face tougher opponents like Australia or New Zealand or even Sri Lanka, who are waiting for a revenge.

• The dismal performance of Pakistan cricket team should be reviewed well before the boys go on to play their next match. It is so disappointing that the players are not leading from the front. Moreover, Misbahul Haq seems to have Test cricket in his mind when he plays one-day matches. He did the same mistake during the Mohali semi-finals in India during the previous World Cup. Less said the better about Shahid Afridi who can better sell beverages and shampoos than playing sensible cricket, when it is needed from him.
