In today's productivity-driven society that we are living in, many find it a Herculean task to adequately fulfill their roles both at home and work. There is always one that is given more priority than the other. Though it is a daunting process one ought to make an effort to strike the balance between work and family. There is no perfect 'one-size-fits-all mantra as each individual's perceptions and priorities vary. Spending quality time with family, opening the doors of communication, giving unconditional love and unstinting support to the loved ones not only work wonders but also adds joy and happiness in the well being of the family.
