Please ban mobiles in theatres

Sharjah - More often than not, it is frivolous talk that goes on.

A strict rule banning talking and texting on mobile phones at cinemas is a much needed one. Loud talkers and people texting while in theatres are not only annoying but also highly distracting. When people at the movies are trying to catch important dialogues, the calls and texting sounds along with the bright lights can be very disturbing. They should go out if there is an emergency. More often than not, it is frivolous talk that goes on. If need be, there should be a rule to confiscate mobiles if they are used for talking/texting during a show.
