Pedestrian crossing, please

The lack of zebra-crossings and humps in the area make it dangerous for walkers. Motorists also cannot be blamed because there are no electronic traffic signals and road signs. In short, it's a free-for-all.

This is about the need for a pedestrian crossing near the 'Pond Park' in Al Nahda.  This park is the only green area for many residents in the congested area. Many kids come to this park with their bicycles, parents come for stroll. But the main problem is in reaching the park. Pedestrians cannot cross the road to get to the park because of non-stop traffic.

I request the authorities to make it easy for road users by marking a designated zebra crossing near the park.
