Much ado about nothing

Sanjay Leela Bansali's magnum opus Padmavat has sparked            protests in different parts of India. Religious groups have come together to protest against the film-maker saying that history has been distorted. But does this mean that a certain section of people are trying to forge their emotional connect with fictional characters in a movie? Or, are they trying to establish that film makers need to limit their freedom of expression? Unrest, violence and death threats are not the ways to solve any issue. Authorities should step in and make sure intolerance against tolerance is unacceptable.
