Funds must be used well

It is a matter of delight to hear that UAE is ready to invest in India's projects. All Indians may be happy to see their country developed and have state-of-the-art infrastructure to be on par the emerging countries.
But if history is any indication, utilization of funds have to be monitored as the decisions are taken by the politicians who manipulate processes with the help of some businessmen. It is important that funds are used well and for the right projects that will benefit both countries. If they are not utilised properly, the UAE will be affected and Indian citizens will have additional liabilities.
