Fair justice?

The recent revival of the Tada case of Sanjay Dutt and the subsequent verdict have opened the eyes of the common man in India. It has highlighted the need for fair justice.

A wrongdoer, no matter whether he is an actor or not, needs to face the law and be punished. And Sanjay Dutt’ case has certainly called for that. It’s certainly a shame that the verdict on cases in India is passed after a hiatus of more that 10 to 20 years. But fair justice is definitely the need of the hour. Only then can a peaceful society be established.
