Managers need to give more priority to those who stay and perform their duties diligently instead of hiring people who do not even finish two years at their existing jobs. Companies should seek staff who have been with the same company for at least five years. It is better to hire a fresher than a “job migrant” who will vanish before he does what he was hired to do.
