*The ongoing debate in India on Hindi as the national language of the country is puzzling. How can a country that values diversity as its strength argue for one language to be adopted nationally. A good politician, public leader should respect all communities, avoid provocative and offensive statements and maintain the dignity of the constitution at all costs.
