This is in reference to the recent exit of John Bolton from the cabinet of US President Donald Trump. He was the national security advisor, the third one actually, to be shown the door. He was fired after 17 months of his association with the president and was known for his hawkish policymaking. He was tough on Iran and as per many in Washington, he was the brain behind the tough sanctions on the country. However, Bolton is one of the many to be sacked and such sudden departures may not be a healthy trend for the Trump administration. How will Bolton's exit affect America's foreign policies is what we have to wait and watch.
