Al Ghurair was my first employer in the UAE

I was saddened to read about the death of Saif Ahmed Al Ghurair on Tuesday (Prominent Emirati businessman Saif Ahmed Al Ghurair dies; KT web, August 27). Mr Saif Ahmed Al Ghurair was my first boss in Dubai, the one who brought me to this country. I joined his company Masafi Mineral Water Co. and I have to say it is one of the best companies to work for in the UAE. Chairman Saif Al Ghurair was an excellent human being. He loved and cared for each of his employees and respected everyone. His son Abdulrahman is also very nice, kind and cares equally for every employee.
The family is friendly and has earned the trust of many. They have been very generous and touched many lives through donations to poor families. May his soul rest in peace.
