School education should not cost so much

I have been a resident of the UAE for over 10 years. I am the only earning member and provide support to my family in Dubai and India. My child is four and recently started schooling here, and I am finding it very difficult to keep up with the expenses. School tuition fee is high, even for a good rated school, and takes away a substantial share of my income. After taking care of the house rent, transportation cost, and school education, there is hardly any scope for savings or remittances to take care of my responsibilities in India.
I wish to request concerned authorities in the UAE to consider providing facilities of primary and secondary education for expatriates and provide subsidised or concessionary rates both in private/ community schools. It'll help some ease pressure and help families live better.
