Recent discovery of gas fields could open a new chapter for the UAE

The recent news of the discovery of gas has spread more cheer and joy among the expatriate community. A lot of people I know shared this happy news with their families back home because they realise the effect of this news on the local economy. It would usher a new era of progress for the UAE. The expatriates and their families pray for the UAE and its rulers.
Over the span of last few decades in the UAE, I have asked thousands of expatriates one question "Did your lifestyle improve after becoming a resident of the UAE?" The reply has overwhelmingly been, yes. "This country has given a lot of blessings and allowed us to progress." Expatriates express their gratitude to this country and pray for its continued progress.
