The most generous and harmonious act of the prime minister of Pakistan has been opening of the doors to the Sikh temple in Kartarpur for Indians. The new corridor between India and Pakistan has significantly reduced the travel time and distance. Also, Indians do not require a visa. Many are flocking to Kartarpur to celebrate the 550th birthday anniversary of the founder of Sikh religion, Guru Nanak. PM Imran Khan is showing repeatedly that he is committed to bring peace and harmony between the two nations.

The construction work of the Kartarpur corridor and the expansion of the main compound was completed in less than a year. It was a massive project and was expected to take at last three years. The credit for speedy completion goes to the Pakistani labour force and the project director Imran Khan.
