Extending the stay in the UAE without a travel insurance

We are facing some difficulties in renewal of travel insurance for my aunt and uncle. Due to prevailing situation, they were unable to fly back to India on March 24, and their travel insurance has expired. Even though we were able to extend their visit visas, we haven't been able to secure travel insurance for them. Insurance companies are denying renewal.
This is not right. I am sure there are more people like us who have been left without a cover. My parents' visa is also due to expire and I am concerned if they would be able to fly back to India on time or will they be left here without a cover. Insurance is extremely important, and companies should not deny the cover. Hope concerned authorities step in and help people like us.
