Exchange house is not giving my salary

I am a Bangladeshi national, and in a miserable condition right now. My office transferred my salary through my WPS account with the UAE exchange on March 15.
Since then I am going to the exchange house every day to collect my salary, but they are refusing to pay, citing technical error every time I visit. I have sent multiple emails and complaints, and also called their call centre several times but no one has offered me any solution.
I am a poor man. My company had cancelled my visa long back and I am undergoing a difficult time. I cannot survive anymore without money. I have had to borrow money to pay for my accommodation and food. I am also not keeping well, and now I am surviving on free food offered by charitable restaurants. Through this newspaper, I wish to reach out to the concerned authorities that might help me get my money from the exchange house at the earliest. -Ziauddin Bablu Idris Ali, Dubai
