Erroneous bank transaction

I have been struggling to get an issue resolved with a Dubai-based bank. On June 26, I requested online transfer of funds in dollars to a firm in the UK. My first request for $800 went through fine. After a couple of hours, I initiated another request for $4,200 to be transferred in dollars to the same firm in the UK. However, this time the bank erroneously transferred the funds in Chinese currency. The difference in exchange rates has raised the costs substantially for me, and I have been trying to get this rectified. The bank, however, has been unable to offer any resolution for months now. The officials are neither owning up the mistake, nor offering a redressal.
