China is emerging stronger on various fronts

Farouk Araie
Filed on July 3, 2020

The intense barrage of insults and threats between China and the US, and the escalating trade war will be a crucial factor in deciding who will control the world.

China will be the world's next superpower by 2025. Following the Fukushima disaster in Japan, scientists in China made a staggering announcement, they revealed that they had developed a different type of nuclear reactor, one that did not rely on conventional fuel rods but thousands of billiard (ball) sized fuel elements, coated in graphite, each meant to do a fuel rods work, but also to ensure that in a nuclear emergency, there would be no nuclear meltdown.

As per the International Monetary Fund, China will emerge as the world's largest economy by 2025. It built and deployed the world's fastest computer and the world's fastest long distant train. China's military capabilities are being enhanced every day. This includes electronic and cyber communications. It has designed and deployed a number of missiles configured to deliver a massive first strike at sea. It has deployed assets in space to eliminate communications satellites, blinding any form of advanced weaponry. In cyber warfare, it has no equivalent. Its capabilities are truly breathtaking and staggering. It is building an artificial intelligence capability woven into every fabric of its industrial capability, concentrating on waging and winning war in every sphere of military combat.

On land, at sea, in the air, and in the outer fringes of space, it is designing weaponry that is truly frightening. It is preparing for full spectrum warfare in Asia, the Far East, the South China seas and the Pacific Rim.

It was Napoleon who once said, "When the Chinese dragon awakens, the world will tremble." -Farouk Araie, Johannesburg
