If you're looking for a job in the banking and finance sector or want to move higher in the career ladder, here is an opportunity for you.
An open day will be held today (Tuesday, July 24, 2018) to recruit dozens of people for a variety of positions in the banking and finance sector. The jobs are available in HR, sales, customer services, senior managerial positions as well as a number of other positions.
The open day will be held at the Emirates Institute of Banking and Financial Studies in Dubai from 9 am to 1 pm, said Tawteen, an initiative by UAE's Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation.
It said the registration may close early if the number of required CVs that meet the requirements have been received for the advertised positions. The candidates must bring their original identity and CV along for the open day.
The selected candidates will be appointed in different emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah.

The MoHRE has launched new accelerators for qualitative Emiratisation of jobs at the financial and banking sector in partnership with the UAE central bank, the Insurance Authority, and the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.
The move aims at providing around 1,500 jobs to Emirati male and female citizens within 100 days.
Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of the MoHRE, said that launching the accelerators in the banking and financial sector is part of the ministry's ongoing effort to implement its new approach to handle the Emiratisation file by speeding up the localisation in some targeted economic sectors.
"The financial and banking sector is deemed of the vital and strategic economic sector that is characterised by its ability to bring about various jobs that could meet the expectations of the job seekers in terms of the benefits and vocational stability," Al Hamli pointed out.
Al Hamli hence called upon Emirati job seekers to take the advantage of the acceleration period in the said sector and turn up on the recruitment days.
Tuesday will be the first open day for recruitment in the financial and banking sector to be held at the premises of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.
There will be other open recruitment days to be organised in other emirates later.
