Zen has launched a new digital finance platform designed to transform real-world assets into liquid and compliant digital tokens, founded by serial entrepreneur Aniket Warty. Built on more than four decades of Warty’s entrepreneurial experience, Zen introduces an ecosystem focused on value creation, transparency, and long-term resiliency.

The platform represents over 30 years of finance and business experience, according to Warty, who notes that Zen approaches liquidity, trading, and tokenisation as operational functions rather than speculative activities. The platform provides investors, institutions, and creators with digital finance tools that bridge traditional asset markets and tokenized digital assets.

Zen's transaction infrastructure, Atlas Rails, serves as the core of the ecosystem. It routes value, data, and risk across the group’s payment, exchange, and tokenisation verticals, linking ZenX, ZenTokenize, ZenPay, ZenOTC, and future ZenTrading venues into a single programmable settlement layer. Through this infrastructure, real and intangible assets including real estate, private equity, debt, art, and IPare issued and managed as compliant digital positions.

Atlas Rails supports the full transaction lifecycle, from onboarding and risk assessment to payment routing, FX, settlement, and post-trade reconciliation. Its modular design integrates with card issuance, wallets, liquidity management, and royalty or revenue-sharing engines, ensuring each vertical can plug into specific flows while maintaining transparency and auditability.

Zen has built its ecosystem with a focus on durability, compliance, and practical value. The platform is structured to withstand market cycles and speculative volatility, offering long-term stability for investors and asset owners. By maintaining regulatory compliance and institutional-grade security, Zen addresses common barriers that have slowed the adoption of tokenised assets in traditional finance.

Aniket Warty, who has worked across digital finance, venture capital, and private equity, developed Zen using first-principles thinking and rational decision-making. His experience across multiple business cycles informed the platform's architecture and operational philosophy.

Built on its Atlas Rails infrastructure, Zen brings together ZenTokenize, ZenX, ZenPay, and ZenOTC to offer a unified platform for issuance, trading, payments, custody, and liquidity across multiple asset types. By linking traditional markets with programmable rails for tokenisation, settlement, and real-world asset finance, the platform delivers a streamlined and compliant digital finance environment for institutions and investors.
